I enjoyed a clean, spacious room with comfortable bedding, made for a refreshing sleep. The hotel's location allowed me to easily access amazing nearby tapas bars and the bustling Calle Laurel area. Breakfast was a standout feature, with good continental options that provided a great start to my day.

Fairly clean hotel, services were efficient and location was good and magnificent close to bars and restaurants. Everything was really good, the room was spotless with a fridge, a lovely tub, for instance.

The situation was very good, and our room was very nice
Negotiating the hotel car park is a bit of a nightmare...the lanes are extremely narrow and the bends very sharp and uphill.

the staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful with all our queries. it was extremely clean and in a good location.
the room we stayed in was quite small for 3 people but it was ok.

Very basic hotel, quiet, nice-sized telly, a couple of minutes' walk from main sights and bars. Shops and cafes around the hotel. We arrived early evening and for one euro thirty parked the car opposite the hotel in the pay and display parking till the following morning.
The extra bed was very uncomfortable. The double room was too small for three beds. The shower was in a bathtub that was too high and hard to get in an out of if you haven´t got young legs. The room and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

The location was fantastic, right beside the cathedral. The facilities were great, with clean and spacious rooms that allowed my family to relax comfortably. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed .
The parking garage was quite tight, making it tricky to maneuver larger vehicles.

The staff were kinder than a sunny day and always helped me out, bless their hearts. I sure did love the soundproof windows. Didn't hear a peep after that bar closed at eleven. I reckon I'll be back!
